Essential:​

1. MR License (minimum)

2. Mechanical aptitude and good co-ordination

3. National Police Check Clearance 

4. Must be able to obtain SAPOL contractor clearance prior to employment

5. Ability to obtain a Tow Truck certificate

6. Mechanical Aptitude and good co-ordination

7. Strong communication skills

8. Ability to work independently

9. Ability to remain calm under pressure to manage multiple factors as once

10. Follow documented procedures

11. Punctual and reliable

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly motivated team leader who enjoys developing their team to the highest possible standards. To be considered for the role you will possess the following leadership qualities:

Essentials:

1. Demonstrable experience in leading teams.

2. MR - HC Heavy Vehicle License.

3. South Australian Tow Truck Operator permit (upon Commencement).

4. SAPOL Contractor Clearance (Upon Commencement)

5. Current South Australian High-risk (forklift) license

6. Heavy Vehicle or Transport background.

7. Sound understanding of WHS and NHVL.

8. Experience with managing performance through KPI's and KRA's.

9. Computer experience with Microsoft office, and sound organisational skills.

 

Preferred:

1. Mechanical knowledge and industry experience.

2. Ability to problem solve.

3. Flexible with rosters, rotations, and weekend work.
